Riviera 2040 Update
The City of Riviera Beach has embarked on the latest update of its Comprehensive Plan. This update will be the city’s road map to implement a vision for our community and the city's future.
Open House #1, April 18th, 2023
The first comprehensive Plan Update Community Open House was held Tuesday, April 18th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Many community members and leaders came out to provide much-needed input at several stations.

Open House #2, August 17th, 2023
Community Feedback Meeting
A Comprehensive Plan Open House was held Thursday August 17th, 2023 at the Wells Recreation Center. Ideas for changes to the Plan were presented for community feedback, and a new direction for the Plan began to come to fruition.

The Comprehensive Plan will shape how the city looks and feels, how we get around, our quality of life, and our economic opportunity. The plan will allow us to guide our city into the future, protect our waterways and natural resources, strengthen our downtown, and create economic opportunity.
Using our Comprehensive Plan, we will be able to implement efforts to improve our city, such as:
